• Increased the efficiency of adding new A.I. functionality by developing a plug-and-play State Machine system for A.I.

• Massively improved user engagement by creating a Melee Combat AI system which allows the non player characters to fight intelligently.

• Massively improved productivity and flexibility by integrating and altering external plug-ins as necessary to work with already existing code.

• Created group movement A.I. which allows computer controlled characters to move in cohesive groups.

• Improved the flexibility of our animation system by developing plug-and-play scripts for easily conjoining animations of different body parts into one motion using Animator Layers. This also allows for seamless switching between animator layers by defining the behavior in the Unity UI.

• Created visually realistic and organic looking melee combat by developing a blocking mechanic which makes the characters block based on the directions of an incoming attack.

• Removed the need for code and tedious design work by developing an animation management system which allows the creation of any combination attack sequence by drag and drop action in Unity UI.

• Created locomotion blend trees and animation states with the Animator.

• Removed the need to code interaction between character stats and actions by enabling designers to define how each action can affect any number of stats and produce a predefined effect, such as stun, knock down, etc., by UI alone.
