Mr. William Cluley worked for me for 11/2 years in a Quality Engineering role. During this time he was assigned to various customers as a liaison between Reptron and specific customer quality department personnel. He spent time training personnel, on 2 shifts, customer specifications when differ from industry standards. One customer’s defect rate was reduced significantly due to his efforts. Bill was a member of various customer teams and supported their needs for data analysis; reports and action register updates. Bill has excellent written and oral communication skills and his mechanical ability assisted others on numerous occasions.
Bill’s job performance for me was very good and I believe he would be a valuable team member and an asset wherever he is employed. Unfortunately, we were forced to have a reduction in workforce due to customer cutbacks. Bill’s customer were either greatly reduced or their business dropped significantly.
