Appraise performance rewarding and disciplining employees. Address complaints and resolve problems. Review production orders and schedules to maintain cost and deliveries. Coordinate manufacturing activities. Work with customers on product problems and design. Maintain tooling and inventory control.

1994-2005 Set-up Foreman, Diversified Manufacturing Inc. Responsible for various machine set-ups, job shop problem solving, machine maintenance and machine design. Have gained experience with a variety of machines including Cincinnati Milicron NC/CNC machines and FANUC controls. Other responsibilities include employee training and supervision, shop work load delegation, cost control, fixture design and inspection, and machine repair.
