Tissue Portal Automation - LCTI Number Tagging & Support Sep’19 to Sep ’20

Tissue Portal website is an Azure hosted web app for SharePoint Online. Both internal and external users are using this portal. LCTI Number tagging automation is an additional functionality that we have added in this portal to print the number on top right corner of all the pages of all the documents uploaded by the Tissue Bank Recovery Partners.

•Designed the automation system and security. Involved in all SDLC phases. Prepared the Requirements Specifications, Design Specifications, IQ test scripts, UAT scripts. Worked closely with business throughout the project.

•Created the required Azure resources involved in this automation. Created Azure Data Factory pipelines, Logic Apps, Function Apps, BLOB Storage.

The Migration activity involved content reorganizing, removal of duplicates and adding additional metadata information.

This project had multiple phases of migration, enhancements and maintenance of SharePoint 2016/2013 Farms and SharePoint Online (O365).

Created PowerShell scripts for automation, scheduled tasks, migration, inventory reports maintenance activities and code deployment, to manage O365 environment.

SLAs were defined based on the severity of the issue. This project followed the ITIL Process.
