I was trained to assist students with majority of their enrollment needs. I accepted and processed documents needed in order to register students in the system such as transcripts, medical documentation and residency documents. Certain situations required me to know how to enroll students into specific classes that required special permissions or investigate a student’s account to understand problems they may have come across while accessing their account. Answers telephones in a professional manner, takes accurate messages and transfers calls to the appropriate party in a courteous and timely manner. Develops and maintains a system for tracking and restocking office supply inventory that insures a constant and adequate supply of necessary operational supplies required for personnel and for all office machines and stores them in an orderly, easily retrievable manner. Abiding by policy and enforcing it was the most important part of my job as it pertains to all students and different situations call for different type of policy, especially FERPA law.
