Raising Requisition to Order for Goods and/or Services needed by the Department via SAP

Developed and implemented hazard and incident investigation processes and controls.

Led incident investigations and cultivated a continues improvement culture, identifying corrective actions and finding solutions.

Researched and wrote safe work practice and procedures, deploying best practices throughout organization while adhering to legislative, regulatory and company’s standards.

Achieved audit Certification by implementing HSE management systems and participating in annual QMS, EMS and OH&S audits.
