JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERIENCE(Oil and Gas Industry)

Updating drawing in epicore as per document id and drawing number for each project.

Tracking pending documents through weekly progress report.

Handling incoming letter, Transmittal technical document from client and sub-contractors.

Coordinating & arranging labor card, insurance card, Qatar ID, ATM card, gate pass and visitor pass.

Handling administrative request and queries from senior manager’s answer and direct phone calls.

Organize and schedule appointments managing email, correspondence memos, letter faxes and forms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERIENCE Airline Industry)

Help customer with flight reservation, Itinerary changes, Baggage concerns and questions.

Face to face interaction and assists passengers with check-in issue tickets provides flights information, check baggage’s and solves tickets related travel problems.

Check boarding passes at the gate upgrade seats and reissues tickets when flights are over booked.

Hired passengers to get connecting flights when safety issue and weather problem or cancellation.

Handling GD and passengers list for immigrations.

Telling passengers about luggage restriction and weighing baggage’s and collecting any excess weight charge.

Issue labels for hand luggage and ensure that booked luggage is also properly labeled.

Taking care of people with special needs, and unaccompanied children.

Calming and reassuring nervous passengers.

Attend to telephone call regarding available seats and flights and perform online bookings.
