Designed and developed different types of cable protectors for ESP pumps in compliance with the client requirement. The products are Cast steel Cross Coupling Cable Protectors, Mid-Joint Cable Protectors, Control Line/Injection Line Protectors, MLE Clamps and Centralizers etc

Another line of products developed are range of Steel Thread Protectors with Lifting Bails (Lift Nubbins) ranging from 2-3/8” to 8-5/8” with REG, IF, FH, XH, H-90 and NC connections for thread protection as well handling Drill Collars and other BHA Components on the rig floor

Developing products from the material selection to prototype development stage gone through each every process

The products developed as per API specifications such as Casing and Tubing Couplings, Flow Couplings, Pup Joints, X-Overs, Bull Plugs, Drill Stem Subs, Drill Pipe Tool Joints, Subsurface Sucker Rod Pumps, Polished Rod and Sucker Rod Couplings etc. with different sizes and connections as per client requirement

Prepared forging drawings for gas lift mandrels which used in oil wells with the support of client design.

These products were made by investment casting with help of casting drawing

Faced API Q1 surveillance audit as Head design and development engineer in july2016

Presented a conference paper in IMEC’14 held in NIT Trichy

Done a certification of short course from Steel And Industrial Forgings Ltd(SIFL)
