-Assist with some underwriting functions including maintaining personal and professional relationships with underwriters, actuaries, and reinsurers.

-Working with and addressing concerns of reinsurance auditors for claims files.

-Provide training and assistance on loss prevention to help insureds implement improved policies that support their businesses and reduce risk and liability exposure.

-Presenting large loss reports to board of directors at their semi-annual meeting.

-RIMS Assist Program, work with IT department to maintain and improve overall function including rewriting/replacing previously used programs.
