Responsible for reading provided building plans to determine best possible routings and installation designs that are accurate and follow all local building codes. Co-ordinate with other contractors to ensure no system collisions occur between trades. Supply estimators with “red line” drawings of actual system routings to accurately figure for material and labor costs associated within the specific job area. Provide equipment location drawings for mechanical rooms complete with accurate equipment locations and necessary pipe routings to and from equipment.
