PROFILE

An Ex-Senior non- commissioned officer from technical branch of Indian Air Force with 20 yrs of experience in aviation field especially in maintanance of aircrafts,Refuelling of aircrafts,quality control of bulkfuels,fuel storage &distribution procedures,maintenance of tankfarms and equipments,fuel accounting and Lab tests.Worked in Reliance Industries(India) for 05 years as Station Manager for aviation fuel operations,worked as Operation manager with Prime fuels(Tanzania),working with Tristar Transport LLC,Yemen as Country Manager for WFP(UN Agency)fuel supplies.

SUMMARY:

With 20 years of Airforce service in Mechanical engineering brings for the unique set of knowledge and skills which include an in depth understanding of various aircrafts engines in general and fuels and its associated equipments(Static&Mobile) in particular. Employed with Reliance Industries Ltd as station manager of AviationFuelstation for 05 years fromNov-2006 to Jan-2011, have experiencein hydrant system and in refuellers, worked in Tanzania&Congo(East Africa) in a fuel distribution&transportation company in a managerial position for 08 months.Worked with Tristar group as Sector manager at WAU sector in South Sudan,role includes fuel storage&distribution(Terminal operation), refueling UN flights&helicopters,supplying diesel for generators and vehicles&lubricants supply and was incharge for 05 fuel depots operations.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

1.TRISTAR TRANSPORT LLC( JAN 2012-Till Now).—Country Manager

Tristar Transport LLC is a private limited fuel transport company based at Dubai Operating fuel transport fleets &tankfarms in more than 15 countries.Recently company has started Oil&Gas business at different countries and has got UN fuel supply contract in many countries and is a fast growing company in the middle east.

From Jan-2012 onwards working with Tristar group for fuel Supply at United Nations Mission in South Sudan(UNMISS) at WAU Sector. Responsibilities includes fuel storage&distribution(Terminal operation),depot management, refueling of UNMISS aircrafts,fleet management,diesel supply to UN Generators, vehicles and supplying lubricants.Depots have Vertical&Horizontal storage tanks to supply fuel to UN sites. Have had experience in tanks commissioning,mobilization etc.

All the fuelfarm tanks,filters,equipments,refuellers,dispensers,vehicles,generators maintananceactivities are done at site under active supervision.

Was responsible for 05 fuel sites operations&maintenance activities at South Sudan.

From 2018 january onwards working as Country manager –WFP Yemen fuel operations.

PRIME FUELS(FEB-2011-OCT-2011) 1.From Feb-2011 onwards worked as an operation manager,fuel distribution and transportation company in Tanzania(East Africa) for 04 months and 04 months in DRC congo(Kalemie&Lubumbashi).

RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD(2006-2011)—Station Manager

Reliance Industries has its own oil refinery in India which has No2 position in the world.It is the biggest oil&gas private limited company in India

Joined in Reliance Industries Ltd as Station Manager,Aviation fuels (JET FUEL) on 31/11/2006 at Jabalput airport after 06 months training at HO Mumbai. Responsibilities were fuel storage&distribution,hydrant refueling, mobile refueling, to ensure and implement good quality control procedure of fuels in tankfarm&vehicles,implement day today refueling operations,static and mobilefacilities servicing&maintanance,Filterinspection/change,hose pressuretest,earthpit resistance,checks,bonding checks,fuel accounting, invoicing,fuel loading,decantation lab tests,Milliporetest,copperstrip,,MIBKtest,Microbiological test,Test C,fuel specification test etc),maintaining qualitycntrolforms etc..Have sufficient updates and experience on IT systems,computers,electrical systems.,fire and safety(HSE),&emergency drill exercises etc.

From Sep-2008 to Jan-2011 worked in reliance aviation fuel station, Calicut International airport.

3.INDIAN AIRFORCE-Supervisor

Served in Indian Air Force from 09th May1986 to 31st May 2006 as an aero enginesuperervisor and fuel/engine specialist at various units of Indian Air Force. Worked in different capacities including shift in charge,qualitycontrolsupervisorAviationTurbineFuel,labtests,haveexperience in filter nspection/change,tankinspection,cleaning,batchloging, maintenanceof refuellers etc.

TRAINING PROGRAMMES ATTENDED

27 months training at Mechanical training Institute, Air force, Tambaram, Chennai.\

06 months Tettra school training on Jaguar Engines&Fuels.

6 months course on Jet Fuel Operations at Terminals&airport and Quality Control of fuels at Reliance Industries Ltd Mumbai.

JIG Training at Juba South Sudan for 02 days in Jan-2015 followed by inspections.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

10+2 with Science from Calicut University in 1982

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering &Equivalent B.Tech degree from Airforce.
