Design of an ultra-low power Low Noise
Amplifier for 5-GHz frequency band
An ultra low power Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for 5-GHz frequency band is proposed using 180 nm CMOS technology process design kit. Low power techniques (forward-body-bias and Current-reuse) are used to reduce the power dissipation and Capacitive Coupling is used for gain boosting.

Performance Analysis Of IDMA Technique
Using AWGN And Rayleigh Channels.
This project provides a review on the IDMA (Interleave Division Multiple Access) technology in wireless communication system based on Interleaver. In this project, IDMA technique is proposed in AWGN channel and Rayleigh channel.
