WORK EXPERIENCE:

I'm worked as a Shift Engineer in Sodexo Technical Services from March 2017 to June 2019. Client Flextronics.

PRESENT EXPERIENCE:

Working as a Facility Engineer in Flextronics India Pvt Ltd from July 2019 to till date.

Working a 110/11kv Switchyard with 25MVA Transformer.

Working a 33/415V Switchyard with 2.5 MVA Transformer.

NATURE OF DUTIES:

To check the functions of all critical equipment healthiness (Transformer, DG, UPS, HVAC, FAS, Compressor, STP, WTP, RO) on daily basis & monitor all operations.

Taking regular walk around throughout building surroundings & report any irregularity.

Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly, Savings Forecast, reports as per the prescribed format.

Coordinate with OEM for service obligations as per AMC & in case of breakdown of system.

Follow up of all technical issues (Breakdowns, shut down etc) coordinating with colleagues & seniors as per procedures.

Implement planned preventive maintenance as per the schedule and report any abnormalities.

Innovate, suggest & implement energy management ideas.

Organize & coordinate formal monthly meetings with vendors.

Arrange for monthly bills to be submitted to the manager. (EB, Water, DG tax, PCB, Petty cash etc.)

Direct the planning & delivery of all facility related, technical support service activities at the site on a day to day basis.

Extracting job functions from technical team through constant supervision- MSTs, HVAC, Plumbers, Carpenters, Painters & Fire Technicians.

Issuing work permits & ensures the vendor follows the safety procedures while on the site.

Preparation of required checklists, approval & implementations.

Conduct briefing on daily basis, give technical training on various topics, training giving to all staff make awareness of their roles & individual responsibilities.

Check all records are maintained on regular basis (PPM reports, History Cards, DC copies, EB bills, Consumable tracker, Inventory list, scrap disposal etc.).

Ensure all stocks are sufficient to run the site smoothly.

Prepare shift schedule & work activity plan for normal working days as well as holidays.

Ensure all safety guidelines/ requirements adhered to by team members/ vendors.

Oversees the inventory, repair & maintenance of equipments, review with subordinate team regarding various maintenance issues & improvement of building system.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE - 1:

NATURE OF DUTIES:

Preparing week ahead planning schedule for preventive maintenance, manpower capacity & associated resource requirement.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the procedures are being followed and updated as required.

Monitor and ensure that the equipments are serviced as per AMC plan & schedule with

coordination of vendors.

Provide training to ON site teams on equipment operation procedures, safe work practices & documentation.

Prepare the Root cause analysis reports for breakdowns to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.

Initiate strategies to achieve measurable improvements in energy & spares consumption, kaizen activities and near miss reporting.

Administrate & maintain records associated with electrical work including electrical drawing regulatory & procedural requirements, preventive maintenance checklists & ISO documents.

Co-ordinate with vendors for spares and on-site projects for the execution & completion of work within the stipulated time period.

Maintain work order, material, payroll, equipment and utility shop records.

Placing purchase request for spares & services, assist for budget preparation and inventory control.
