Attend to 40+ patients per day, a majority of whom face life-threatening infectious diseases such as malaria, malnutrition, tuberculosis, HIV, hepatitis, and leprosy
Manage a staff of thirty nurses and twenty sub-staff, ensuring effective treatment of patients, discharge of patients where it is appropriate, and scheduling of follow-ups where it is necessary
Perform 20+ surgeries per month, with the most common procedures being caesarean sections, appendectomies, herniorrhaphies, and hydrocelectomies
Write grant proposals to address funding bottlenecks and ensure that every patient receives treatment, whether or not they can afford to pay for it
Collaborate with the Geneva-based Stop TB Campaign, screening and treating patients for tuberculosis and sending quarterly data reports.

Attended to 20+ patients per day in the gynecology and obstetrics clinic, booked patients for surgeries and performed them

Presented detailed analysis of 5 cases of child mortality and maternal mortality at the hospital’s monthly mortality review
Organized trainings and clinical reviews for medical staff on the topics of safe abortion, instrumental deliveries, and toxemia of pregnancy

Attended to 60+ patients per day, with cases ranging across trauma, infectious disease, metabolic disease, and cerebrovascular accidents
