Currently heading the process engineering group and leading the process & concept development team. Key projects handled are:
Surface facility development concept and engineering for new oil and gas blocks.
Conceptualizing the surface facilities for ASP implementation and completion of FEED for world’s largest centralized ASP flood project
Conceptualizing the surface facility for the gas development of Rajasthan Gas fields, including condensate handling, LPG extraction and blending facilities. Completed FEED for the Gas Processing Terminal.
Conceptualization of polymer flood across MBA fields in Rajasthan and carrying out process engineering.
Complete field development concept involving various types of potential oil and gas discoveries within Rajasthan block and detailed field development plan.
Concept development and Front End engineering for implementation of polymer injection for Mangala field including preparation of mother solution, transfer of high viscous mother solution and treatment of back produced polymer within the surface facilities.
Overall process in charge of phase 3 of Rajasthan development project. Working as lead concept and process engineer. Successful completion of concept, FEED and detailed engg work.
Trouble shooting of existing units of Cairn and leading troubleshooting / investigation teams for different upset scenarios

Lead process engineer for Jodaerbaer FPSO FEED. The FPSO is to be located in North sea in Norwegian waters handling 63KBOPD and 110 KBPD of total liquid. Acted as Lead engineer for the detailed engineering phase during initial phase.

Was lead process engineer in field development of Bhagyam Field and FEED and detailed design of MPT expansion project.

Worked in the FEED of grass root LPG recovery unit for Sonatrach, Algeria. Was involved in the process area of the plant

Associated with Panna Field development project for British gas India as Lead process engineer and engineering manager based in LTV office in Bangalore. This job involved managing the detailed engineering work performed by LTV-Bangalore as Clough representative along with BG engineers.
Involved in the Detailed Engineering of PNG Refinery project (32500 BPD capacity). Job involves process simulation, generation of PFD & material balance, process calculations for equipment and instruments and datasheet generation, generation of P&Ids etc.
Developed technical note on Jet fires and its effect on system design.
Involved in the detailed design of 150 MMSCFD gas processing plant for Unocal in Bangladesh. The project involves Process Simulation and generation of PFDs and Heat & Material Balance, process calculations for 3 and 2 phase separators, preparation of specifications for gas dehydration systems, pipeline and flow line sizing calculations, sizing calculations of control valves, relief valves and orifice plates etc and generation of P&Ids. The responsibility involves both supervising and actual hand-on work.
