I and my team are responsible for providing Leadership and Team Building training to our client’s managers and staff. I was able to help managers, supervisors and staff develop personal awareness, clarity, and better communication to reduce employee turnover, improve morale and environment, and increase their revenue in the range of 30 -50%.

I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of Agency affairs. Ensuring we maintain and follow sound administrative policies in compliance with state and federal regulatory body requirements. Appropriate management of financial, clinical and operational departments and direct supervision of five managers in charge of the major departments. Under my leadership, the Agency grew to become nationally recognized in the top 100 and 25% of top agencies in the nation for excellent patient care, financial stability, and operational excellence.

Due to my meticulous and customer service orientation, client’s representatives always request my company send me out to treat their job. I saved my company a lot of lost revenue by not messing up any job that potentially could cost up to a million dollars and by following all quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, thereby incurring no fines to my company.

I was trained and responsible for working with the Chaplains to provide religious support and counseling to soldiers and their families. I worked to provide support for family members when their soldiers are deployed and help the soldiers find help and resources for all their emotional challenges. I was honorably discharged upon completion of my contract.

I maintain a certification with True Colors International as an independent Certified True Colors Facilitator. True Colors is temperament and personality assessment tool that helps individuals understand themselves and others with ease and communicate better.

I also maintain certification with the John Maxwel Team as an Independent Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker.

ACTIVITIES

I volunteer in my church to teach leadership every first Sunday of the month. I also volunteer at Teen Challenge once a week to educate and encourage residents of the importance of self leadership.
