Developing curriculum for our residents to learn and understand deliverance of highest value care at lowest cost. Will include bi-annual didactic on core topics, with quarterly case-based interactive lecture series. Pediatric Hospital medicine will absorb responsibility in shared education of this curriculum.

Coordinate 18 annual didactic and experiential sessions to improve sense of resident wellness.
