Teach and Plan 5th/6th grade literacy; virtually using Google Classroom and Nearpod. Weekly planning for 4 classes of 30 students aligned with the common core learning standards. As a substitute I am required to grade students on their weekly assignments as well giving and creating assessments for student to complete to show their level of comprehension.

As the on-site coordinator, must also be a conduit between my own staff and CPS schools administration. Plan and Implement play-based curriculum for recess as well as facilitate my own program. With partnership with CPS, I was able to come into the schools and create a program based on social-emotional learning through play. Independently manage assigned daily company needs. This position required a lot of independent and time sensitive work. I used multiple unique industry database systems to complete transportation task orders. Multitasking between office work as well as being dispatch between patients, drivers, and providers. My work included organizing company files, financial upkeep, creating schedules, and spreadsheets. This position was mainly independent however, it was important to the business team daily success.

As customer service assistant dealing with all customer issues and concerns while managing the front end of the store. This included but not limited to: customer service order, returns, complaints, and concerns. As well as drive sales and problem solve, and use of great judgement and customer service needs.
