Worked directly under the PMO for the Public Safety and Justice Division.

Charged with creating a complex Digital Evidence Exchange system to encourage the quick release and decimation of data.

Created the Project Charter, initiated the Evaluation Committee, updated the Steering Committee, created the Statement of Work, and submitted the completed Contract Package.

Acted as liaison between various departments (District Attorney, Public Defender and Sherriff’s offices).

Increased the network capacity at two Jail facilitates by deploying Digital Evidence Tablets for Inmates to assist themselves in their own defense.

Assisted the Defense Offices with procuring solutions to verify cellular phone and smart device data.

Project Manager April 2013 – October 2014

Collaborated with ECM Lead Delivery Engineers and Infrastructure Engineers to design, build, implement, and enhance current and next-generation document image and processing solutions, including interfaces between core business applications and DMS systems.

Provided technology leadership to a project team in order to build and integrate solutions that realized the business enhancement promises of implementations.

Deliverables supported rapidly growing document volume while deriving immediate positive impact on business process quality and efficiency, with technologies including autoclassification, handwriting recognition, OCR, and Web Services to interface with core systems.

Responsible for the technical resources (application developers) assigned to the client project and ensuring the development effort was completed consistently and on schedule.

Had insight into the statement of work for all project tracks and effectively led technical design, development, and support.

As the Solutions Architect, was responsible for creating the vision and the initial plan for the project.

Detailed the hardware and software that would be needed.

Created the Service Level Agreements for input/output and the data flow.

Was the Technical Lead and Solutions Architect on two projects, one of which had multiple components:

oThe first project was a records conversion where multiple Filenet and IBM CMOD repositories were to be combined into one directly accessible ECM featuring Filenet 4.5. This was a complex migration due to the number of Filenet Repositories and the disposition of banking records.

oThe next project had both a monetary and nonmonetary component and while treated as a single project each could easily be justified as one.

The bank was in a position to outsource the processing of paper and reduce courier costs. We utilized the multipage scanner printer devices as nontraditional image capture and moved the image processing to a 3rd party vendor. The images were then delivered to Viewpointe.

Imaging/Document Management SME October 2011 – March 2012

Client: ConocoPhillips

Provided oversight for Upgrades and New Batch Classes while the client upgraded from Accent Capture 7.0 to Kofax Capture 9.0.

Responsible for all aspects of Ascent Capture to Opentext Livelink. Beginning with Hardware Consultation, configured and tested setups for specific implementations of Kofax Ascent Capture and KTM 5.0 along with connections to SAP and ActiveFax/RightFax.

Offered recommendations for setup and provided detailed leadership to the Scanner Professionals.

Worked with Hyland Onbase and SAP.

Responsible for maintaining and refining the back end repository. This included but was not limited to installing the Repository, maintaining updates and configuring the repository.

PROBYS DELOITTE Springfield, IL

Document Manager / SME March 2011 – August 2011

Client: State of Illinois, Dept of Human Services

Provided oversight for all upgrades, configuration, testing, and implementation of Batch Class requirements.

Responsible for all aspects of Document Capture to IBM Content Manager.

Beginning with Hardware Consultation, configured and tested server setups for specific implementations of Kofax Ascent Capture and KTM 5.0.

Offered recommendations for setup and provided detailed leadership to the Installation Professionals.

Configured, deployed, and upgraded Kofax Batch Classes for both English and Spanish Languages with specific detail given to custom page separation.

Recommended setup, attributes, and configuration of IBM ECM employing IBM DB2 Database.

All code was entered and new builds were employed using ClearQuest and ClearCase.

Fax submissions were entered with the RightFax Kofax Connector.

Was the network and computer administrator for the main corporate office in Duluth GA and 2 satellite offices.

Provided full time support to all computer systems starting with check recovery, sales support, client support, and general accounting.

Responsibilities included direct client support for terminal programming, hardware maintenance, file transfer of negative check data, database conversion, and VPN support.

Used Kofax Software to image checks and begin workflows for automating check routing for the collections departments. Metadata was entered into SQL Server and processed to outgoing letters and emails.

Responsible for creating a general ledger type accounting record using a SQL Database. This system was used to automate accounting roles and facilitate the process of recording and reporting daily and monthly financial data. This data was also modeled for future forecast.
