JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Study related activities:-

• Volunteer management at the time of Check-in day.

• Perform Quality Control Checks in ICF document.

• Issue & Maintain accountability of controlled forms.

• Pre arrangement of meals to subjects for each Project and Coordinate with caterer.

• Responsible for archiving and Retrieving of study related documents.

• Submission of the documents to QA department.

• Take ICF presentation and one to one consent.

• Distribution of study related Compensation to the Subjects.

• Actively participate in custodian activity (maintenance of posture and water restriction, meal verification, High fat break-fast, meal distribution, supervision and check-in and check-out.)

• To compile of CRF, ICF, TMF.

2. Meal-In-charge:-

Pre arrangement of meals to subjects for each Project and Coordinate with caterer.

3. Others responsibilities:-

• Overall responsible for maintenance of clinical facility.

• Train in-house and contractual staff on new functionality of BizNET Software.

• Participate in other project related activities as applicable.

• Coordination with contractual staffs.
