Supervise and distribute all the jobs for all the different production lines including Surface Mount, Push Line, Post Wave, Mechanical Assemblies, Test and Maintenance. Schedule the jobs according to the expected delivery dates and communicate with our customers in the events of modifications needed or if there is any discrepancy found before sending the product to the production line. Design, create and generate documentation that follow the proper procedure and meets the standards for Iso, IPC and in some cases ITAR. Trained personnel on IPC Standards, Create Work Instructions for each position within the company as well as Instruction on how to operate each equipment in a safely manner. Created an Emergency Action Plan where employees are aware of what to do in case of any type of emergency. Enforced the Product Identification rule where each component and product must have a proper part number and information like to what assembly it belongs to. Design a Bill of Material format with all the information that is needed by the Production floor. Meet with the rest of Engineers and Management to discuss the proper process for each new product.
