My role is to manage the duty-free outlets onboard various luxury cruise ships. Motivate and coach a sales achieve/exceed sales and promotional targets.

Create and execute plans to drive sales. Lead the team of minimum 10+ people. Deliver an outstanding guest experience.

opportunities were surfacing and I had

intended on another 2 – 5 years in the

industry. However, recent global events
