Project Management: Conducting case / system / process study for project planning, scoping and estimation, tracking and implementing the project plans within deadlines. EHS Management: Follow up the work permit system, plant safety inspection for identifying unsafe condition/acts and reporting to corresponding authority. Monitoring and ensuring the good housekeeping at work place and plant area ensure usage of personal protective equipment at work place. Follow up the safety rules suggest by the EHS department.

Responsibilities as aSr.ENGINEER.

Calculating the operating cost of plant and itsefficiency .

Manage and control all process activities to achieve plant targets in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

Improve plant reliability and performance by optimizing process from the PLC and has per SOP.

Monitor the process performance of the entire plant on a daily basis and define corrective actions together with maintenance and production.

Identify and conduct studies, tests and measurements within the Process Department in order to improve performance.

Contribute to fuel cost optimization (optimization of lowest fuel cost) by ensuring process condition which allows a maximum utilization of alternative fuel and raw materials.

Foster the process awareness within all departments in the plant.

Ensure that there is a constant and effective communication among the quarry, process and quality for adjusting the feed rate to the problems of burning.

Organize process inspections and review of performance on a daily basis.

Leads the process departments with open minded and experienced style.

Arrange with maintenance team to carry out the preventive maintenance activities for the process equipment.

Plan, develop, and audit systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the process.
