Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct ITP inspection and surveillance activities at the various workshops are followed without exception.
2. Review Test Packages, Weld / NDT traceability and other QC documents prior to submit to Client.
3. Review WPS, PQR and WPQ as per ASME Section IX. 4.
