A seasoned fast paced manufacturing industry professional with a bachelor of technology (BTech) degree focused in Chemical engineering with six years experience, skills and knowledge in driving value-adding manufacturing processes and a strong ability to drive both individual and business performance. I have acquired a wealth of transferable skills in FMCG working for the South African Breweries (SAB) in a new product development (NPD) department/plant and continue to grow and utilize my skill set in the chemical gas-liquid manufacturing industry whilst working for Pelchem SOC Ltd. My work experience has given me a comprehensive understanding and effective use of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools such as fishbone analysis, 5Ys, QFR, to name but a few, whilst producing the end product of the best quality through World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Voyager Plant Optimization (VPO) and Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP).
In short, I am always prepared and in quest of challenges to unleash my potential and give a vital contribution in the growth of business through my acquired experience, skills and academic knowledge. Lastly, I do not let a challenge go to waste; I seize the opportunity to learn from it.
