·Working as a Master Scheduler for the client, Louisiana Medicaid PPMO, to build and manage all project and program schedules from ground up utilizing schedule management best practices such as PMI Practice Standards for Scheduling and DMCA 14 Point Assessment to name a few.

·Performed schedule management tool selection based on a rigorous and objective scoring model.

·Set up MS Project Server and performed admin level tasks such as Project naming conventions, enterprise custom fields and lookup tables, resource naming and creation, custom views, tables, and filters, etc.
