Managed and trained a staff of design consultants to be able to offer the best customer experience possible. Designed and directed a complete showroom remodel. Built relationships with builders and remodelers and gained their trust and their business. Logged all showroom paperwork, along with payroll hours. Worked one on one with customers, designing and selling them products, building rapport and gaining loyal customers along their way.
