Headquarters Department of the Army – Force Development - Synchronization Staff Officer (SSO)

Integrated and implemented changes to the workforce structure throughout the Army, Army Reserve, and Army National Guard by overseeing and executing an $185M budget. Served as the lead program analyst for logistic support equipment for the Army and worked independently to provide resource guidance to executive leadership on forecasting and planning annual regulatory and financial requirements for 27 programs.

Brigade S3 – Primary Staff Operations Officer

Developed, implemented and documented training for a workforce of 300+ employees. Taught weekly classes in a one-on-one and classroom setting on training management, implementation, and assessment utilizing Adobe Connect and Defense Connect Online (DCO), as well as Virtual Teleconference (VTC) and teleconferencing. Class sizes ranged from 10 to 40 participants in size.

Within 1 year, created business harmony, established common processes and objectives and effectively unified a diverse group of 309 workers from over 40 different states.

Directed logistic activities for distribution centers in support of 170,000 customers in Northern and Central Iraq.

Battalion Commander (Senior Leader)

Served as the senior leader for training a workforce of 6 departments, 4 subordinate companies, and 750 employees. Marketing Department - Senior Graphic Artist

Selected as the primary trainer to assist the Art Director in training the staff artists. This required traveling to 7 branches to implement classroom instruction. Training was focused on the use of page layout using Adobe Photoshop and Denuba’s Canvas. Provided blocks of instruction on software, elements of design, typography, and marketing techniques. Also responsible for assessing workflow processes at each branch location. One-on-one assessments were conducted to address artists with lower production numbers.

Created direct mail, Yellow Page and web based advertising artwork.

Developed a training program and delivered training to 60 corporate artists which led to increased productivity of corporate artists by 35%.

Marketing specialty advertising pilot program resulted in 20% increase in revenue; a $2M increase annually.
