The main business functionality of this web site is to enroll the user into OSGLI coverage and once the user is enrolled it will be used for various self service functionalities. This will avoid lot of paper work for the user and Prudential. The functionalities supported to the user are – enrolling into coverage, creating user id, resetting password, forgot userid, forgot password, changing address, printing certificate, adding beneficiaries, paying premium(credit/debit card, check), changing premium plan etc. Another module called OSGLI Admin is used to setup veterans into the system and it controls functionality to the main website.

Data Layout of the File Structure sent to Kenan B/P via BillPay is verified along with Standard naming format of Legacy to enable processing from FLEXCAB to Kenan BillPay Retail. Lockbox File format for different record types is checked. Payment files from Flexcab and Mica are passed to Kenan via the Telstra NT box.
