Recruitment and Selection:

Liaise with client companies to understand recruitment needs

Study organizational chart and job description where available/create org charts and job description when necessary

Send Engagement document to clients

Advertise vacant positions through website, job agency and newspaper

Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
