Project Name: Internship in (DRDO) “Defence research and Development organization” which was about

Design and analysis of a Pressure vessel dome.

Division: Directorate of Structural & Material Testing.

Description: Designed a Pressure vessel dome using Solidworks with a given dimensions and analyzed the dome using Ansys software and tested under stress and strain.

PROJECT:

Project Name: Development of a plastic gear train through EDM and injection molding processes.

Description: To design and manufacture a spur gear and pinion for screw driver motor to screw and unscrew

bolts and nuts by increasing motor torque and reducing the speed to half at constant power. manufacturing

probe using Wire cut EDM which is used as a tool in Sinker EDM to manufacture a die and this die is act as a

tool in injection molding machine to produce a plastic gear.
