The Project involved migration of existing Darigold’s regional instances into a single global instance in a multi organization structure. The project was to upgrade from 11.5.10.2 (11i) to R12 (12.0.X). The regional instances already had minimal HR modules implemented but in a single global instance all local regions would share single instance and would have all Oracle modules implemented.

Implemented the following in Core HR Area for EMEA Business Group. Set up work structures, key flex fields, segments, and value sets. Created EIT’s for capturing additional personal and assignment details.

Set up of absence types, elements, and links to be used in the PTO plans for their vacation, holiday, and sick plans.

Complete application setups (Elements, Links, Payment Methods, Lookup Types, Global Values, etc.)

Create and/or modify Oracle FAST FORMULAS used to facilitate to calculate the employee PTO accruals.
