CONSTRUCTION &COMMISSIONING
My project construction and commissioning experience includes in depth knowledge of all phases of construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, PSSR activities, punch list closing and up to Handing Over .
Accountable for monitoring, organizing and co ordinating office, construction and commissioning teams to provide adequate support in accordance with the contract .
Effectively handled Construction activities for Mechanical Facilities,supervising prepares and assists in preparation with commissioning responsibility, pressure test, leak testing, hydro test, flushing, blowing up, N2 purging, preservations, punch list, commissioning check lists, arranges equipment testing, coordinate between different pipeline activities of workers engaged in installing, pipe-racks erectionand supports installation ensuring work is carried out in accordance with relevant Codes, Standards and Procedures in respect of Safety, marking and checking weld maps on isometrics, insulation requirement, make progress reports.

Preparation of TBT, review and Commenting of VDR (based on the detailed vendor offers and drawings).
To attend Client / Vendor BCM meeting to expedite the Engineering activities, Document reviews & clarifications, liaison with vendors etc.
In Piping Handling: To make all relevant deliverables for Handling devices for the Equipments, accessories, pipe spools and valves.
Reviewing 3D Models (by PDMS, E3D, NAVIS works etc.) and execute Designers for model modifications.
