As an email support, we answer the questions of the potential customers and the existing ones in regards to the product that we offered. Along with that, we also track the customers' package and give them the Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) and explain to them the Refund Policy and Money Back Guarantee (MBG) if ever the package doesn't arrive or doesn't like the product.
