Project Description:

USAA - United Service Automobile Association is an organization incorporated for U.S Defense Service by providing facilities like Banking, Insurance, Loan etc. Primary Banking – Credit Card Origination(CCO) system allows the member (applicant) to apply for the Credit Card product they are Eligible for, provide an automated decision for the submitted applications and fulfill the process by mailing the card or decline letter with regard to the decision.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling Onsite coordinator calls for daily tasks.

• As per Agile process, analyzing the scenarios and uploading Detailed Level Scenarios in RTC.

• Creating and maintaining Execution Tracker for each Iteration.

• Responsible to give daily updates to the Client.

• Executing the scenarios in Dotcom, Mobile and Portal.

• Involved in Daily stand-up, Sprint planning, Refinement session and Retrospection meetings.

• Waterfall methodologies used for this project Regression testing.

• Creating and maintaining Execution Tracker.
