·Upon initial hiring, my responsibilities included the management of all vehicles, facilities and CPE for Central Florida. This included, but not limited to, - a 500 + vehicle roster, all testing and cleaning of CPE, and the ongoing monthly and day-to-day operations of our buildings. I was held accountable for the annual inventories of all CPE and materials.

·Oversaw all receiving, issuing, stocking, and shipping in a total of six warehouses.

·5th largest cable warehouse in the country by volume.

·All audits proved to be stellar.

NIHF was founded in 1973 to celebrate our best and brightest achievers, the National Inventors Hall of Fame has inducted more than 500 forward-thinkers who have revolutionized our world.

·As the newly created position for this museum, I consolidated and renegotiated all existing contracts. This included elevators, escalators, HVAC and other critical infrastructure used by customers and staff.

·I was also responsible for shipping materials to 23 different states using our preferred carrier for our Camp Invention Program.

·Assisted with hiring catering companies for our annual induction ceremonies. These events were broadcast on live TV with no room for error, while helping to oversee the servers attending to the needs of 400+ people in formal attire

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS OCT 1996-OCT 1999

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Universal Studios Florida is a theme park located in Orlando, Florida. Opened on June 7, 1990, the park's theme is the entertainment industry, in particular movies and television.

·Managed all aspects of warehousing and inventory for Universal's Islands of Adventure from groundbreaking to completion.

·Helped to locate the 250K SQF building on GOAA's property and outfitted it with warehousing racks, material handling equipment and all staffing required for this huge project. We hired crane companies to help offload roller- coaster track shipped-in from overseas, where it was stored outside- then trucked onsite.

·Stored all FF&E and restaurant supplies for CityWalk.

·Oversaw all receiving and shipping functions onsite to help expedite materials needed in the field.

·Helped to create and establish Sony Development under Mickey Steinberg, former Sony Chairman of the Board, North America.

·Helped locate the existing corporate headquarters in Burbank, CA.

·The 25K SQF bldg. was completely gutted and remodeled to reflect a state-of-the-art showcase building for Sony, our first project was the Metreon, located in San Francisco.

·Renegotiated Sony Studios contracts with vendors such as Silicon Graphics enabling a greater discount.

Walt Disney Imagineering Research & Development, Inc. is the research and development arm of The Walt Disney Company, responsible for the creation, design, and construction of Disney theme parks and attractions worldwide.

·My career started working in the warehouse where I worked my way up the ranks and became Supervisor of MAPO's inventory consisting of over 8K parts and was held accountable to the strictest of inventories and ABC cycle counting.

·I managed all aspects of warehousing including shipping, receiving, storing, locating, etc.

·These materials were shipped all over the world to Disney parks and Resorts.

·We designed and built Tower of Terror, Virtual Reality, Onboard Audio, air-launched fireworks and so many more.
