In order to support the above system and strategic transformation of Citi Mortgage to Cenlar this project is being executed.

Document Composition Facility [DCF] is a product developed by IBM. It provides the capability to accept and process requests for customer communications, which include letters and emails. DCF allows Customer Service to select systematically a specific letter for communication to the card member.

IBS Statements is used as a Marketing channel by which Marketing messages/Inserts/Onserts are included with statements based on pre-defined criteria. Additionally, the system generates Balcon and convenience checks for accounts, which meet predetermined criteria. Rewards detail and summary information, such as ThankYou, are also passed to the IBS Statements system and presented on the customer statement. Systemic Statement messaging allows for the presentation of messages, which provide to or request information from the customer dependent on specific predefined account triggers. Information from the Statements application supports many other applications, such as StARS, AAS, BI, 24 MBH, HIST, ALPHA, VIP, Check Recon as well as outside vender/partner applications.
