Configuring Database mail and creating operators and alerts for the SQL Agent Job failures.
Creating and maintaining the indexes on the tables and performing Re-build/Re-organizing indexing to improve the performance.
Troubleshooting blockings, deadlocks and fixing them by adding permanent fixes.
Running the maintenance activities like update-statistics and DBCC CHECKDB at the time of performance issues.
Configuring Log shipping between two servers and troubleshooting at the time of synchronization issues. Performing role swapping and failover depending on the situation.
Configuring Database Mirroring between two partners in any of the three modes (High Availability, High Safety and High Performance) and ensuring the synchronization between partners.
Configuring HADR (Always-ON) in SQL Server 2016/2017 and configuring Listeners to HADR.
Adding and Joining New Availability Databases to existing HADR Availability Group.
Proven ability as a quick learner of new skills and technologies.
AZURE EXPERIENCE
Creation of Virtual Machines, Storage account creations, Virtual Networks and Deploying SQL Server and
configuration of Always On (Azure IaaS).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing SQL server daily health check and preparing a report based on it.
