KOHAT CEMENT COMPANY (6700 T/DAY AND 1800 T/DAY):

From (24 may 2006 to may 2010) in Kohat Cement Company on running old plant 1800 t/day and new plant 6700 t/day.

In new plant I have worked on sketching at site of spare parts including casting and structures with BOQ. Now working as a junior officer in new plant 6700t/day

I have 4 year experience in kohat Cement Company as a mechanical draftsman in engineering department.

EXPERIENCE IN QATAR STEEL COMPANY.

ACHIEVEMENT

• From 19 July 2010 to 03 April 2020 in Qatar Steel Company running 2 old plants 0.8 million ton/year and 2 new plants 1.2 million ton/year. I have 10 years experience in Qatar steel Company as a mechanical draftsman in engineering department. SUEZ INTERNATIONAL

From 26 August 2020 working in SUEZ international ( Doha West Water Treatment Plant ) as a Mechanical, Piping & Civil draftsman in design Section till to date.

STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS:

• Worked on plant modification and designed many types of platforms and stair cases and railing as per Qatar steel safety standard.

• Designed Platform as per requirements and area available as per site Condition.

• Our second step concentration on supporting new extension. Requirements of Qatar steel safety that structure to be design as standard, but some time required finding the solution instead of standards. Steel company plant are very congested then other plants. So we always find the good way to solve the problems.

• Working on Qatar steel engineering standard materials, H beam, Angle and Bar Grating, .

• 3rd step rough sketch at site as required and possible at site. We used Auto Cad software for drafting. Cad drawing preparation as per site dimensions and existing plant structures drawings.

• Have good experience in platforms and staircase and hand railing, leaders.

• Prepared pure fabrication drawings with complete details and Bill of material. Then submit to the contractor company for final fabrication at site.

P & ID DRAWINGS.

Updating 80 to 85 drawings for each plant every year, direct reduction plant 1 and 2, and Rolling Mill 1, 2. And for water treatment plant and Electric Furnace 1, 2,3,4,5 P & ID drawing were marked on print by area supervisor every year. 1 of my responsibility P & ID drawings updating in Qatar steel company. From 2010 to 2020 updated all P & ID drawings.

ISOMETRIC PIPING DRAWINGS:

• I have prepared lots of drawings especially for Direct Reduction plants and water treatment plants and rolling mill water treatments plants.

• At site visit user explained rout area measured by meter Tap and digital distance laser.

• Preparing ISOMETRIC drawing for fabrication purpose.

• The preliminary drawing are sent for comments through proper channel to area supervisor and related engineers.

SITE FEBRICATION IN QATAR STEEL

• Site fabrication in Qatar steel is as per approved drawings.

• Design new drawing for structure as per requirements and fabricate at site by contractors

(Future Engineering) ( DANEM Engineering ) ( QRI ) fabricate Qatar Steel platforms and staircase and hand railing els.

• Design section provides complete drawing with BOM details and supervise them at site.

• I was responsible for site fabrication daily report to our supervisor. Some time required site modification which is not possible to show in drawing or not required in drawing, were done as per site condition.

• Arrange safety classes for contractors company workers and supervisor level.

• Explain safety rules and regulation as Qatar steel first priority is Safety First.

MECHANICAL HYDRAULIC SPARE PARTS DRAWINGS.

• Engineering section responsible for all Qatar steel plants spare parts including hydraulic spare parts. We have nine ( 9 ) Plants in Qatar steel. Direct reduction 1, 2. Rolling mill 1, 2. Electric Arc Furnace 1,2,3,4,5.

• Normal work at office continuously spare parts sketching and drawn in the Auto Cad. Small spares work sketching at office and for heavy or shut down spares required site visit and sketching at site in every condition. For shut down spare part we stop our all work because the spare will not be available in future again. That’s why required more concentration for better work and complete the sketching details of spares.

• All information related spare parts provided by area supervisor. We follow the spare matting parts assembly drawings if available in the system. It is our responsibility After sketching spare parts, preparing drawing in Auto Cad as per engineering standard with complete details. after completion we submit to our supervisor for final checking. The supervisor will provide Tolerances and compulsory instruction in the drawings.

• I have work on spare parts modification as per user requirements.

• I have work on Hydraulic spare parts and Assembly drawings.

• Drawing were prepared as per spares with compete assembly. All Hydraulic spare parts Tolerances provided by area Engineers as per their hydraulic Data.

• Recently I have worked on 6.3 meter long Hydraulic Cylinder. sketched at site then drawn in Auto Cad. After spare parts completion, assembled spares and get success Assembly.

CIVIL DRAWINGS WORK.

• I have work on Civil drawings as per Civil Engineer. Prepared office building drawings with complete details in Qatar Steel. I have prepared preliminary drawings for Road construction footbath for Tendering purpose.

• Office building drawings provided for contraction purpose.

• I have daily site visit and prepared photograph for presentation for Civil Engineer.

• I have worked on Epoxy coating flooring in Qatar steel many areas, workshops and warehouses.

• I have work on new Warehouse of EF5 area.

• I have work on new clinic in Qatar Steel which is recently inaugurated in march 2020.
