Drastic Change in Career :

I want to give a brief intro about my domain change which i worked previously and currently now i am into. I had 4 + years of experience in Application Packaging Domain in CTS. Then because of personal reasons i had to take a break from IT career and when i was about to take my career back i was not updated with technology. When i worked in CTS most of the projects had client interactions which built my confidence level and ease to work with them. Since I had to be with my parents in home town I had to take up a job which had more client interactions, so it was why I choose export Co-ordinator for time being. When i thought to take up my career again in an MNC i thought of moving inside domain which had more interactions, meanwhile i got an offer as HR seeing my client experience. So its then i started my career as HR which satisfied me and i looking to explore my career as HR and built my skills as HR.
