Process Improvement:

Working with leadership to seek ways to improve current processes and have made the following suggestions for review and consideration.

●Creating a weighing system that tracks the Tote weight at Pick so that missing master packs and broken set can be intercepted before reaching AFE operation

●Enabling the pictures of missing items on the lower section of the computer screen at the pack stations to improve incidents of missing items.

●New AAs/starts get a list of location of boxes and wall orientation. This will make for easy transition and learning process.
