ARNP/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Perform complex assessments of patients’ health status through physical exam, review of

medical records, patient histories, diagnostic testing, lab results and critical data assessment.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team which includes, but not limited to Physician

Group/Groups, Nursing Staff, DNS, ED, CE, HR and Ancillary Departments.

Initiate orders of medications, laboratory and diagnostic testing along with medical treatments

Effectively communicate treatment plans and changes in care to patients, families, health care

Actively participate in marketing the facility programs and program development.

Maintain and demonstrate understanding of laboratory/radiological/clinical findings.

Maintain effective communication skills with Physician Group/Groups/Nursing

Staff/Administration/ Ancillary department.

Participate in clinical meetings when necessary.

Pursue collaborative agreements with Medical Director and attending physicians at facility.

Assure compliance with SBAR and INTERACT.

Actively participate in survey readiness initiatives and the actual survey.

Evaluate drug management on all residents to be compliant with antipsychotic drug reductions

and therapeutic drug interchange.

Support Greystone Health Network (SNF/ALF/HCC).

Participate collaboratively with Marketing Events (including MAC) as needed.
