taker? I loved it, we'd answer, "9-1-1 Police or
Fire?" 80% of the time they were Spanish
speaking...would say, "Uno momento," and transfer
to translator. Which I would tell the translator what to say, and enter all the information on my
computer for a service call. Was trained to ask,
"With a gun, or a knive?" On certain calls. Talked two suicides down before paramedics and officers
arrived.
