Position: Senior Setup Configuration Specialist (Full Time)

Duration: June 2014- January 2017

Functional Testing of Configurations- Project: Total Benefit Administration (TBA)

Clients: Envoy, CA Tech, Hearst, LSG Sky Chefs

Project Description: TBA supports the management of clients (corporate and public) operating within Health and Welfare industry and suite of services include implementation of requirements, portal designs, batch schedulers, secure authentication endpoints, notification schedulers etc. are involved in running the Health and Welfare plans according to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

●Liaised with clients and understood the customised requirements regarding the interfaces, portals and modules etc., followed by the development of scope and terms of reference for testing

●Developed test plans for different setups and modules to ensure the appropriate functional aspects

●Performed different tests including the integration of modules, regression as well as units

●Liaised with the stakeholders and identified the findings from the tests with the client and production teams for rectification

●Supported and handled the client calls as well as policy discussions with offshore functional analysts, managers, business stakeholders for QA updates.
