Onboarding
Meet with the new joiners and complete the onboarding process
Verify the original certificates and arrange for an Induction, explain the HR Policy and Benefits
Assist for Bank Account opening to process salary
Create a new personal record for the new joiners
Co-ordinate with facilities team to process id /business cards
Co-ordinate with finance team to process corporate credit card for eligible employees
Employment Verification
Co-ordinate with the Verification agency and initiate the employee background verification check
HR Operations & Payroll
Create/Update a record for the new joiners in Oracle and Update the salary and personal details
Process HR letters for Confirmation/Salary revision/Promotion/Salary Certificate and company support letters etc.,
Handling day to day issues & queries of the current and resigned employees
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Employee Personal records Maintenance
Handling employee queries and provide appropriate solutions on time
Provides Payroll inputs to Finance to process
Payroll inputs and sharing of allocation with payroll team
Assist for HR Internal audit
Handling Attendance & Leave records
HR Benefits
Group Mediclaim Insurance/Personal Accident/Group Term Life Insurance:
Co-ordinate with the Insurance company and get best quote to renew the Insurance Policy.
Handling Employee Benefits& include the New Joiners in the Policy.
Follow up with the Insurance company TPA to Process Insurance ID Cards for India employees and dependents.
Assist employees to get the Insurance approval for any emergency hospitalization and for the reimbursement claims payment.
Car Lease Policy:
Assist employees to process the car lease policy for eligible employees through the Vendor as per the
Company policy
Process employee employer agreement and administration
Follow up with the employee to get the Vehicle Registration certificate for company records.
Assist employee to get the No dues certificate from the Car lease vendor for the Car policy conversion from Company to the User
Education Assistant Policy:
Assist employees to apply for the education expenses reimbursement
Employee Provident Fund
Handling employee grievances and assisting in processes (PF Withdrawals, transfers, pensions etc.,)
Approve Online PF Transfer/KYC/Basic details change requests
Follow up with the PF Office for employees Pending PF Transfer/Closure and other queries raised by employees
Co-ordinate with Finance department to make the PF Contributions to the government in time.
Handling employees query related to the PF and reply
Update Exit details in the PF Portal
Visa Process:
Assist India employees for applying US Business Visa.
Process Invitation letters for the travellers for India, APAC, EMEA and US
Attend the seminar organized by the US Consulate for the business visa process
Handling Government - Statutory Compliance
Handling Statutory records Maintenance
Meeting with the Government officials for queries
Appear before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Labour Commissioner and represent on behalf of the company for issues related to show cause notice etc.,
Recruitment:
Send Job Descriptions to the recruitment agencies and follow up to get suitable resumes for the current requirement
Send the suitable resumes to the concerned team managers to review and for the feedback
Discuss with the shortlisted candidates and schedule interview
Meeting with the candidates and arrange face to face interview with the managers and Directors
Communicate to the agencies/candidates based on the interview feedback receive from the managers
Negotiate salary with the selected Candidates
Process Offer letters for the selected candidates and follow up
Exit Process
Hands on experience in handling Exit process & HR Audit
Follow up with the project Managers and confirm the Last working date for the resigned employees and initiate the exit process
Assist employees to complete the No dues clearance
Issue relieving letter and Service Certificate
Follow up with Finance and complete the Full and Final Settlement process
Provide feedback to the Employment verification agencies to complete the reference check process
