Job Responsibilities

Responsible for new product development activities like APQP, PPAP, PFD, PFMEA, CONTROL PLAN, MSA, and SPC.

Conduct Supplier Audit as per Plan

New Supplier Selection as per criteria

Process monitoring & control through SPC Implementation on shop floor.

Make a inspection plan for New items

Handling Customer Complaints & their CAPA Submission.

Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices like 5S, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE etc.

Preparation of Work instructions, Pictorial Standard Operating Procedures, & Providing training to the operators, Inspectors & Supervisors.

Training of all Quality inspectors on Quality tools & systems.

Project for visual display & new system implementation in a new plant setup for online fettling of casted parts.

Operator training on work instructions, basic safety awareness & 5’s.

Responsible for executing KAIZEN activities and preparing PPTs for the same.

Have the experience of testing the metallurgical properties of Raw & Processed ADC-12 Aluminum on Spectrometer.

A SUPPLIER QUALITY ASSURANCE, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT:

•Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications to be done at supplier end.

•Tracking and improvement in Quality through the execution of trend analysis, correlation and giving suggestions.

•Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on creating quality culture across organization at incoming inspection

•Tracking & Improvements in quality of product by identifying areas of improvement & recommending process modifications.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Cost reduction through minimise the tool change over time.

Succusfully maintained 5 S in the plant.

Succusfully implemented of Lean Manufacturing Technique.
