Oct’2014-Till Date: DMI Draexlmaier Manufacturing India Pvt. Ltd, Chennai (Manufacturer of wiring harness and door interiors for BMW Chennai) as Executive- Maintenance

ROLE:

Day to day monitoring and maintenance of equipment, machinery and utilities.

Overall plant maintenance.

Monitoring and analysis for Breakdown, usage of maintenance tools for KPI tracking.

Preventive, Predictive maintenance planning and adherence.

Maintenance of PLC controlled special purpose machines, Servo drives, Stepper drives, VFD conveyors, HMI, ultrasonic welding machines, grommet molding machines, harness test stations, screwing stations, twisting machines, welding fixtures and tools.
