Consolidated Edison Company of New York Sept 2018-Present Customer Project Manager-Engineering, Planning and Construction

• Direct and monitor the progress of Company and customer New business construction, service upgrades, Gut rehabs and Vault and conduit installs.

• Serve as overall project coordinator and principal customer liaison in cases involving overhead/underground electric, high tension facilities and Gas service installation.

• Coordinate kickoff meetings, negotiate and arrange service dates with major customers, and ensure the productive use of Company resources while being sensitive to the customer's electric or gas needs.

• Draw field sketches for customer service Point of Entry.

• Meet and provide job status feedback to customers and company Management.

• Generate Work Requests through Work Management System (WMS) and release work to various construction groups to provide timely construction.

• Educate, inspect and audit contractors on the installation of Electric and Gas services and assure compliance with all specifications, rules and regulations.

• Manage multiple high profile, multi-million dollar projects simultaneously.

• Coordinate with city agencies.

• Review and Approve customer's switchboard drawings, metering equipment and all Company related installations related to new or additional energy needs.

• Order and Authorize the requisitioning of Company material and assure its proper installation within budget.

• Perform final inspections, confirm receipt of necessary City certificates and authorize meter sets and energization.

• Analyze and evaluate new and additional load information.

• Prepare Customer Service Layouts and advise the customer as to how the Company will install/modify its service facilities and authorize changes as appropriate.

• Coordinate Company activities, guide and advise customers and their contractors in carrying out Company plans and specifications for high tension, 265/460V, pad-mount transformer (URD), interior distribution and transformer vault service installations.

• Negotiate with contractors, consulting engineers, architects, governmental authorities and customers as required.

• Prepares division of responsibility and work sequence as required between customer and Company functions.

• Arrange customer outages for work on Load side of meter.
