•Networked within the marketplace to understand leading and emerging practices in the campus recruitment including gathering competitive intelligence. Student acceptance rate was 98% from 2015 - 2017.
•Championed, facilitated and coordinated Chevron’s global orientation program sessions and onboarding processes for new employees. Facilitated monthly sessions and managed all other daily onboarding requirements for newly hired employees. Oversaw 20-50 employees monthly.
•Worked alongside the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) team to select and implement an onboarding technology solution to assist in streamlining the onboarding process and reducing time to onboard in 2015. Results included savings of over $10,000 and ~30% time saved for all employees.
