Oversee all aspects of office management for the PwC LLC Rosemont location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Act as liaison between PwC, the tenant and Cushman & Wakefield, the building management company. This includes the coordination of building and parking lot security for their clients and staff.
Monitor and Update Corrego database requests related to office repairs.
Serve as front desk concierge for walk-ins and preexisting / new reservations for PwC’s Rosemont site.
Provide support to PwC Partners and their clients through the setup of training rooms, including reconfigurations to accommodate various group sizes. Also, manage and prioritize the setups related to conference and team meeting rooms, as well as the board room.
Coordinate catering for groups ranging from 4 to 50+. This includes restaurant and menu selection, follow up on delivery, set up and clean up services, as well as arranging customized dinner and theater events for out-of-town PwC partners and their clients.
Assisted the PwC Office Manager, located in downtown Chicago in upcoming floor renovations for the Rosemont location, which are currently on hold.
Record Management Regional Supervisor 2015-2018
Perform Records Supervisory duties for the office as required by workload, vacation coverage or other circumstances.

In coordination with the National Records Management Team, intake approved records (in both physical and electronic format) utilizing local Records Specialists as appropriate.
